Robin Hood Multi Academy Trust does not believe in contacting schools and asking them to join us. The Trust is founded on the core principle of integrity and as such our growth comes through like minded schools making a conscious decision to choose us. We believe that joining a MAT should be about more than simply joining a new organisation, it should be about joining a movement that makes a significant difference to education. Creating a Movement

Robin Hood MAT operates by two core principles:

1. We constantly strive towards an INFINITE PURPOSE which we define as the pursuit of a lifelong goal which we accept we will never achieve. This is not because we have low aspirations, it is because as we move towards our goal we understand that we can achieve more and unlock more potential which further enhances what we believe is possible. 
2. Education is about learning and our best learning occurs when things don't go as we expect. The Enso Circle below depicts the philosophy that achieving perfection can only occur when we accept our imperfections.
