A bit about me
Rachael Downs is the Headteacher of Robin Hood Academy and has been in post since Easter 2019. Prior to taking on the role of Headteacher, Rachael worked as the MAT Data lead role across the Trust and also co-ordinated safeguarding.
Rachael has worked across a range of schools and operated at a national level in the for the delivery of data and assessment.
Along with her role as data lead for the MAT, Rachael also combines the role of deputy head for Robin Hood Academy where she also takes on the lead role for Pupil Premium.
